We offer a wide range of sizes for our branded notebooks (A4, A5, A6, B4, B5, B6, and B7), and while each product page specifies the exact size, here’s a quick guide to our most popular formats:

• A4: One of the largest, measuring 21 x 29.7 cm, the size of a standard sheet of paper. Ideal for detailed drawings and diagrams.
• A5: A popular choice at 14.8 x 21 cm, the equivalent of a standard sheet folded in half. Compact and ideal for carrying in a handbag or backpack.
• A6: At 10.5 x 14.8 cm, it fits in large pockets and is recommended for quick notes anytime.
• A7: The smallest, at 7.4 x 10.5 cm, fitting in nearly any pocket and perfect for jotting down brief ideas.
• B5: Slightly larger than A5 at 17.6 x 25 cm, making it perfect for creative projects that require sketches or more detailed designs.
• B6: A bit smaller than A5, at 12.5 x 17.6 cm, with uses similar to A6.
• B7: Larger than A7, with dimensions of 8.8 cm x 12.5 cm, suitable for similar occasions.
• Square: An original design. We offer notebooks in 15 x 15 cm and 20 x 20 cm, which are suitable for sketches or drawings.

At Gift Campaign, you’ll find all kinds of printed notebooks for merchandising. First, we have both softcover and hardcover options, with softcovers being more affordable, while hardcovers offer better protection for the pages.

Then there are the rings. A notebook with rings is more suited for use on a desk, while a non-ringed option is better for use on uneven surfaces or for holding without support.

There are also designs with additional features, such as a bookmark to easily find your last entry, an elastic closure to prevent the notebook from opening inside a bag, which helps keep the pages from wrinkling, and a pen holder.

Many of our printed notebooks can be customised with screen printing or digital printing, but some allow for a unique method: thermal-embossing. This technique uses heat and a metal stamp with your logo design for an elegant finish, and, in some cases, can even be done in colour.

Where Can I Print My Logo?

It depends. Typically, for colour printing, like screen printing, the available printing area includes the entire front or back cover.

Laser engraving, on the other hand, is only available in smaller areas and only on notebooks with bamboo or cork covers.

Some models also feature a metal plate, creating a more formal, subtle detail.
