We are extremely impressed with the quality of the final products, the fast turnaround, and the exceptional customer service. We approved the print proof for our tote bags on 7th July and received the finished products just two days later, on 9th July. The speed of delivery exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to Caitlin for her prompt responses, patience, and professionalism throughout the process. She made sure we were completely happy with the print proof before it went to production, and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. Excellent experience from start to finish. I initially contacted the Spanish team, who put me in touch with their UK colleagues the very same day. Throughout the entire process, communication was outstanding. Responses were consistently fast, often within a couple of hours, and the team was always friendly, helpful and willing to find solutions. The pricing was extremely competitive compared to other suppliers we considered, and they made the whole ordering process very straightforward. Delivery arrived ahead of schedule, which was greatly appreciated given the tight deadlines we were working with.
