How can I check the status of my order?
Our customer support team will proactively inform you about the status of your order. When it leaves the factory, you will receive an email with a tracking code that allows you to see the location of your order at any time during the shipping process.
When will my order be delivered?
The usual delivery time for our corporate merchandise is 7 to 10 working days, starting from the final approval of the print proof. However, this period may vary depending on the product type, customisation technique, and factory location. You can see the estimated delivery time after selecting the item's colour, technique, and quantity.
Can I place an order as an individual?
Yes. Whether you are purchasing on behalf of a company or as an individual, you can buy the merchandise you need from Gift Campaign, with or without customisation. Please note that we require a minimum order quantity for each purchase.
What payment options are available?
At Gift Campaign, we offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can conveniently pay by bank transfer or by card payment. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe, ensuring your financial information is protected with the highest standards of security. This way, you can complete your purchase with confidence and ease.
Can I get a refund if the product is defective?
Yes. In this case, please send us a photograph showing the defect clearly, and if applicable, showing that the problem occurs in multiple units. Our Customer Service team will review the situation as quickly as possible to process a refund, provide credit for another order, or replace the damaged or defective items.
What's included in the customisation price?
The price we provide includes all aspects related to customisation: it covers the vectorisation of most logos (depending on their complexity), as well as fixed costs related to operating the machines, handling the product, and printing it.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel or change your order as long as it has not yet entered production.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
We will always do everything within our power to meet the indicated delivery times, as we understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time. However, we cannot always predict or prevent possible delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
