Delivery times

The estimated times below include both production and delivery. They depend on the printing technique, number of print positions and quantity ordered, and match the timeframes shown in our product configurator.

All times are shown in working days. For orders without printing, the timeframe starts once payment has been received. For personalised orders, it starts once payment has been received and you have approved the digital print proof.

To find your timeframe in the table, use the total number of prints for personalised orders: the number of items multiplied by the number of print positions. For example, 500 items printed in one position count as 500 prints; printed in two positions, they count as 1,000 prints. For orders without printing, use the number of items ordered.

We are extremely impressed with the quality of the final products, the fast turnaround, and the exceptional customer service. We approved the print proof for our tote bags on 7th July and received the finished products just two days later, on 9th July. The speed of delivery exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to Caitlin for her prompt responses, patience, and professionalism throughout the process. She made sure we were completely happy with the print proof before it went to production, and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. We wouldn't hesitate to order from Gift Campaign again and highly recommend them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I initially contacted the Spanish team, who put me in touch with their UK colleagues the very same day. Throughout the entire process, communication was outstanding. Responses were consistently fast, often within a couple of hours, and the team was always friendly, helpful and willing to find solutions. The pricing was extremely competitive compared to other suppliers we considered, and they made the whole ordering process very straightforward. Delivery arrived ahead of schedule, which was greatly appreciated given the tight deadlines we were working with. Most importantly, the quality of the final products was excellent and matched our expectations perfectly. A big thank you to the Gift Campaign team for their professionalism and support. I would happily work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for promotional merchandise and event materials.
