Then there are polyester caps, which are generally more economical, ideal for reaching a larger audience on a tighter budget. You can also find caps made from microfiber, cork, or nylon mixed with other components. Lastly, we offer eco-friendlier options made from recycled cotton or RPET, perfect for brands looking to promote environmentally conscious values.

The panels of a cap refer to the number of triangular pieces that make up the crown of the cap. More panels mean greater adaptability and structure, resulting in a higher-quality product. Five-panel caps have one front panel and four at the sides and back, providing a larger area for logo placement. On the other hand, six-panel caps are the most common type, with two triangular panels at the front, one on each side, and two at the back.

Our collection includes a wide range of designs. One key point to consider is the number of panels, which will determine the cap’s shape and the available printing area. There are various printing techniques available for customisation, and each cap model has areas that are best suited for each method. For example, we offer screen-printed caps, an affordable and versatile technique that can also be applied to other products like t-shirts or towels. Embroidery is another option, providing a distinctive visual effect and a higher perceived value, similar to what you might see on woven lanyards. We also offer full-colour printing for some designs, allowing for the inclusion of more complex and colourful logos. Lastly, transfer printing is ideal for seamlessly integrating logos onto the product.

We also have various size options for these accessories. The most common size is 58 centimetres in diameter, which corresponds to the adult size. Of course, we also offer children’s caps, with a diameter of 54 centimetres. It’s essential to consider the type of closure for adjustment. This depends on the cap model. The most common areas for screen printing or embroidery are the front panel, which is the largest printing area and, therefore, the most visible. However, some designs allow for logo printing on one of the side panels, the adjustable strap, or a specific spot on the cap’s surface.
