Capacity matters; compact models (2,000–5,000 mAh) are perfect for events and giveaways, while larger ones (10,000 mAh+) keep devices powered through business trips and busy workdays. Slim designs fit easily in pockets, while eco-friendly models made from recycled materials show your sustainability values. For added appeal, consider options with dual ports or wireless charging capabilities.
Branded power banks make a strong impact at trade fairs, tech events, or as premium client gifts. Pair them with branded wireless chargers to create a complete charging set, or bundle them with branded headphones & earphones for travel-ready packs your customers will actually use. The more useful the gift, the more often your logo will be seen.

Powerbanks, like any other tech gadget, can have their lifespan shortened if not properly cared for. That’s why we’re providing the following tips:
Firstly, it’s important to avoid high temperatures. This means try not to place it in very hot locations (nor in damp areas), and also avoid direct sunlight (except for solar-powered models, of course).
Next, do not let it run out of battery completely before recharging. The belief that a device should only be charged from 0% is incorrect, as this puts extra strain on the battery. Ideally, you should recharge it when it reaches around 25%.
Another recommendation is actually the opposite: don’t overcharge the powerbank. Once it reaches 100%, unplug it as soon as possible.
Lastly, always use the recommended cable and charger for your device. Using a cable or charger that’s not intended for your model could shorten its lifespan by not meeting the proper specifications.
If you’re gifting a power bank to your team, whether for work or personal use, we recommend choosing a model with a decent power capacity, at least 10,000 mAh.
Keep in mind that smartphones and tablets typically have batteries around 5,000 mAh, and laptops have even higher capacities. Therefore, when attending meetings outside the office, it’s a good idea to have a powerbank capable of meeting any energy needs.
Want to impress with a fully functional and stylish design? Choose one with one or more of the following features:
This will depend on the milliampere-hour (mAh) capacity of both the powerbank and the smartphone.
This capacity indicates how many charge cycles the device can complete. However, it’s important to note that the actual capacity is always slightly less than the nominal figure.
This is because the internal voltage of the powerbank is 3.7V, while the USB port it connects to is 5V. Therefore, energy is lost during the conversion process.
So, if your powerbank has a capacity of 10,000 mAh and your phone’s battery is 5,000 mAh, you shouldn’t expect to get two full charge cycles due to this energy loss.
Several of our models come with multiple charging ports, whether through USB-A, USB-C, or microUSB.
This feature is especially useful when there are multiple devices to charge at once, such as charging multiple phones simultaneously, or a phone and a tablet.
You’ll find that models with over 10,000 mAh often include this functionality. Of course, the ideal option is to choose a model with the highest possible capacity to provide the best performance.
As mentioned, this feature doesn’t mean the portable battery charges exclusively by being exposed to sunlight.
These devices have a dual charging system: one part is via solar energy, and the other through a traditional USB port.
However, this feature can be extremely useful in certain situations: when doing outdoor activities, in emergencies if the power bank runs out and can’t be plugged into a socket, or on long trips where an extra charge might be needed.
Ultimately, although this is just a supplementary feature, it can provide an additional recharge in situations where access to electricity is limited.
The external battery models in our promotional collection have a charging capacity ranging from 2,200 mAh to 10,000 mAh, and they can all be connected to mobile phones, tablets, and even laptops. However, the duration of the charge on each of these devices depends on the powerbank's capacity and, of course, how the device is used.
For example, a branded powerbank with a 2,200 mAh capacity is sufficient to fully charge a mid-range smartphone, while a 10,000 mAh model can fully charge a tablet. There are many variables that influence this process, so we recommend checking the specifications of your chargers and choosing the accessory that best suits them.
These devices can be customised using a few different techniques. One option is silkscreen printing, which is the most traditional method and allows the company logo to appear in one or more colours, making it an affordable choice. Another option is laser engraving, which is commonly used for promotional metal powerbanks. This method provides a very professional, permanent finish, and while it doesn’t allow for colour, the result is unique. The final option is full-colour digital printing, which allows the custom portable chargers to have a more visually appealing design by incorporating any logo or image you desire.
In conclusion, there are three customisation techniques available to achieve exactly what you're looking for. Not all techniques are available for each model, so we recommend checking the product details on each individual page.
Our personalised powerbanks are compatible with both Android and Apple operating systems. However, it’s important to note that the cable included with most of them is USB/Micro USB, meaning that if the device you want to charge does not have this type of connection, it won’t be able to charge using that cable. Therefore, you will need to use the included cable to charge the powerbank, and when charging your phone, use the cable that came with your smartphone.
As an exception to this rule, there are personalised powerbank models that come with an integrated Micro USB connection cable (this cable cannot be removed). If you need to connect it to a device that doesn’t have this port, you would need to purchase an adapter. You can find the details of each model on their respective product pages.
Although custom USBs for businesses remain very popular as corporate gifts, personalised powerbanks have gained ground as promotional items, particularly among younger people.
This shift is due to the fact that these customers spend more time on their mobile phones (or tablets) and less on computers. Additionally, they have an excellent grasp of ‘the cloud,’ meaning they don’t need to transfer data to devices to share it with others. A personalised portable battery is highly useful for them, as it ensures they remain connected at all times.
That said, these gifts are not mutually exclusive and can be given together. They can also be complemented with other affordable tech merchandise, such as branded speakers or headphones, to maximise the budget.
